Finished basic character controller
...
I have finished basic features of character controller and polished it quite a bit but there is a pair of missing features:
walking up ladders,
swiming

update engine version and fixed AddForce movement
...
I updated engine to 2021.3.1f1 LTS and got AddForce movement properly (I like it), next up is springing, crouching, jumping and .... ladders
