a299230ab6 Tweaked movement values and added spectator "mode"
I tweaked a bit movement values and changed some variable names, I also added spectator "mode" (mode changing not implemented yet)

I have finished basic features of character controller and polished it quite a bit but there is a pair of missing features:
walking up ladders,
swiming

added crouching and sprinting that works but I might change how crouching is done later, but for now it's god enough

f9dca9cddb update engine version and fixed AddForce movement
I updated engine to 2021.3.1f1 LTS and got AddForce movement properly (I like it), next up is springing, crouching, jumping and .... ladders
